Biography

Dr. Prophetess Pamela Mitchell Spencer was called by the Lord in the mid-90’s but did not answer her calling until 2004 when she was licensed & ordained as an Evangelist. She gave her initial sermon on 2006 at the church of the man that led her to Christ, the late Pastor Lewis Pringle. In 2007 she married, Harold R. Spencer Jr. who she is the co-owner of Heavenly Tours with. They are the leaders of the Transportation Ministry at the City of Praise Family Ministries (COPFM) where she serves as a minister and her husband as a deacon. They have received a reward in 2017 for being one of the Influential Couples of the church. In 2021 she was ordained as one of the House Prophets at the COPFM. In July 2018 after the sudden death of her sister overseas she became the legal guardian of her 2 nephews Caleb & Jeremiah.

She has been a mighty prayer warrior (for over 25 years) and true intercessor with the gift of administration and discernment. In 2008 the Lord lead her to start Heaven’s Helpers Ministry & 2009 Heaven’s Helpers Ministry (HHM) received their 501c3 non-profit status as a church/outreach ministry. Heaven’s Helpers Ministry over the last 10 years provided food to 5 local senior living communities, 2 non-profit business & several ministries in the community. HHM has also done yearly Good Friday services where Prophetess Spencer has given leaders in the Five Fold Ministry in the community have a chance to use their gift.

Prophetess Spencer is the author of the book “Living After Loss”, that she wrote after the death of her first husband in Feb 2000. In 2010 she taught her first class for Push International Ministries called “God’s Armor Bearer’” and was certified by CEO Space in July 2010 as a Certified Entrepreneur. In March 2011 was ordained as Prophetess by Apostle Rena Williams of Push International Ministries. In August 2014, Prophetess Spencer received her honorary doctrine degrees in Pedagogy & Divinity from the Spirit of Faith Empowerment Ministries & Bible College. She became one of the professors for the bible college’s fall semester where she taught the Leadership and Non-Profit classes.

In July 2012 HHM teamed with Little Child Holy Church of Faith to do monthly food distributions in the Capitol Heights area serving the DMV community. HHM has also teamed with the Kings Food Program & HIS Food Ministry for their monthly food program. In May 2013 HHM opened the Andrew & Gladys Young Food Pantry in Capital Heights, MD where we serve over 140 families a month. In September 2015 HHM started the Sunday Senior Services at Gateway Village Senior Community in Capitol Heights, doing monthly church services for seniors. In 2014 HHM started receiving yearly donations of turkeys from Poor Robert’s Mission for Thanksgiving, miscellaneous items from Operations Christmas Child & canned food donations from Greg Cannon Food Drive in December.

In December 2013 HHM was awarded a grant by United Way of Greater Houston Chapter and along with HOPE SPS2 (a 501c3 organization that supported single parents found by Prophetess Spencer’s sister Angela Hudson) they provide financial training sessions for the single parents in the Houston, TX area. In 2017 Prophetess Spencer received the Fisherman of Men award and in 2021 she received a Proclamation from the Town of Capitol Heights, MD for her work in the community.

Prophetess Spencer travels to many places preaching and teaching the word of God. It is her ultimate desire to see God’s people walking in their destiny and purpose. But her biggest reward is in helping others. Prophetess is available speaking engagements. Prophetess is also a licensed insurance agent who is currently running the 100 kids covered campaign.
